Description
This project includes a Tentative Map and Design Permit to develop a new single-family attached residential project consisting of 16-unit townhome-style condominiums with associated onsite and offsite improvements. Currently, the project site has two single-family homes, one residence on each parcel that will be removed as the project develops.

Location
The project site is an approximate 0.68-acre lot, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 817-01-021 and 817-01-022, and is located on the southwest quadrant of Myrtle Avenue and Church Street.
