Description

The project proposal, which includes a new Design Permit that would replace an expired Design Permit (Approval Certificate 21-003), includes the development of 16 single-family attached townhome-style condominiums and associated utilities on an approximately 0.99-acre project site.

Location

The site is on Tennant Avenue, approximately 450 feet between Church Street and Vineyard Boulevard. Assessor's Parcel Number 817-04-059.

This project is categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15332, Class 32 In-Fill Development.
