Description

The Monterey-DeNova project consists of an 18.5-acre parcel. The proposed project would include a Tentative Subdivision Map for 25 lots and a Design Review Permit for 319 residential units.

Location

The project site is located on the east side of Monterey Road and north of Butterfield Road. The site is identified by Assessor Parcel Numbers 817-06-006 and 817-06-060.
