Crosswinds (Half-Dividend)

Project No. SD2020-0003/SR2020-0010/EA2020-0007: 

The Crosswinds is a market-rate residential development project. The project would be comprised of 269 residential units with three different housing types:

Courtyard Homes:    56 units

Duets:                          64 units

Condominiums:        149 units

The new development would include the integration of open space and amenities, a pedestrian network of paseos, sidewalks, and trails. The project would require approval of a Tentative Map, Design Review Permit, and environmental review.

The project site is approximately 31 acres. The site is bounded by Half Road to the East. Planned extensions of Mission Boulevard and De Paul Drive form the northern and the southern edges of the development. The land use of the site is Residential Attached Low (6-16 du/ac) and the zoning is Residential Attached Low Density (RAL 3000).
