Description 

The project involves developing a vacant 2.671-acre site for a market-rate housing development. The site has been subdivided into nine lots. This project would comprise 9 units, including 4 duet units and 5 single-family units. Previous approvals included a Final Map and Environmental Review. The previously approved Design Review Permit expired.

The project site is located at the intersection of Diana Avenue and Walnut Grove Drive, immediately west of U.S. Highway 101 (US 101).
