Project Information
Description
The El Pollo Loco project consists of a .63 Acre parcel. The proposed project would include a Design Review Permit to to allow minor exterior building elevation modifications to accommodate the establishment of El Pollo Loco within an existing quick-service restaurant building. The proposed improvements include updated architectural features consistent with the City’s commercial design guidelines. No expansion of the building footprint or new landscaping is proposed beyond replacement of any dead or deteriorated plant material.
