Project Information

Description

The proposal is to amend the Tennant Station Planned Development (PD) to modify the maximum square footage for the existing fitness use. This amendment would also introduce an administrative function that will enable minor adjustments to square footage in the future.

Location

The 21.88-acre site, identified by Assessor Parcel Numbers 817-06-041, 817-06-055, 817-06-056, 817-06-057, and 817-06-058, is located on the southeast corner of Monterey Road and Tennant Avenue.
