Project Information
Description
This project involves upgrading the existing Valero gas station and convenience store to operate as a Chevron gas station and store (1594 Square Feet). The store will expand into the former auto repair area. A new fueling canopy will be added, along with one extra multi-pump dispenser and a 500-gallon above-ground propane tank for propane sales. The project also includes replacing the current underground fuel storage tanks.
Location
The project site is located on the northwest corner of Monterey Road and Wright Avenue at 17905 Monterey Road, CA 95037.

The City of Morgan Hill, as Lead Agency, has prepared an Initial Study for the Chevron Gas Station project in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and the regulations and policies for the City of Morgan Hill, California.
