Description

The Jarvis-Tenfold project consists of a 4.05 acre parcel. The proposed project would include a Design Review Permit for a 115-suite Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE).

Location

The project site is located on Parcel 12 in the southwest quadrant of Evergreen Village, northeast of Jarvis Drive and approximately 300 feet east of Sutter Boulevard. The site is identified by Assessor Parcel Number (APN): 726-58-012.

Environmental Review and Documents

The City of Morgan Hill, as the Lead Agency, has prepared an addendum to a previously adopted Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Evergreen Village site, including the Jarvis Tenfold Residential Care Facility for the Elderly project, in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and the regulations and policies of the City of Morgan Hill, California.
