- Chaplain Program - The Morgan Hill Police Department’s Chaplains are the “emotional and spiritual EMT" for every member of our police department family and the community we serve.
- Community Police Academy - The Community Police Academy (CPA) provides community members with an up close and personal look at police work and the Morgan Hill Police Department. The CPA is offered in English and Spanish and during the weekly class community members will learn more about our Police Department and law enforcement.
- Academia de Policía Comunitaria - La Academia de Policía Comunitaria (CPA) ofrece a los miembros de la comunidad una mirada cercana y personal al trabajo policial y al Departamento de Policía de Morgan Hill. La CPA se ofrece en inglés y español y durante las clases semanales los miembros de la comunidad aprenderán más sobre nuestro Departamento de Policía y la aplicación de la ley.
- Crime Prevention Unit - The Crime Prevention Unit (CPU) is designed to strengthen police and local partnerships to improve the safety of the Morgan Hill community. The team evaluates City crime trends and patterns, and can present those results specific to your residential or business neighborhood.
- Police Explorer Program - The Morgan Hill Police Department's Explorer Post 811 provides youth and young adults between the ages of 14 to 21 years old exposure to a career in law enforcement while volunteering in their community.
- Ride-Along Program - Our Ride-Along Program is designed to provide you with insight into the duties and responsibilities of a Morgan Hill Police Department Officer assigned to the Field Operations (Patrol) Division.
- South County Youth Diversion Program - Youth are given an opportunity to participate in an accountability process for inappropriate behaviors that includes partaking in a restorative justice circle.
- Volunteers in Policing - The City of Morgan Hill enhances Police Department services by sponsoring a Volunteers in Policing (VIP) program. VIPs are utilized for crime prevention programs and various community services.
- Youth Academy - The Morgan Hill Police Department Youth Academy in partnership with our Explorer Post 811 is a program for teens between 14 and18 years old to explore different career options in law enforcement.
