South County Dementia Caregivers Support Group @ CRC Senior Center

If you are providing care for a family member with dementia, our group offers a way to connect, share, and learn together on your caregiving journey. Our special focus is Lewy body disease and related dementias (LBD). Our group facilitator is a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and an experienced dementia caregiver support group leader. We meet the 4th Sunday of every month from 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. in Morgan Hill's Centennial Recreation Center/Senior Center. Please email the Support Group Administrator at caregivers@berghoff-foundation.org if interested in attending.
