Mark your calendar for February 6 and 7. The City Council will hold its annual Goal Setting Workshop at the Council Chamber. This is where the work gets real, and the road ahead takes shape.


Over two days, the Council will:

  • Review accomplishments from the past year
  • Set goals and priorities for the year ahead
  • Take a hard look at community feedback on budget priorities
  • Explore potential revenue options to support City services


The workshop is open to the public. Come listen, learn, and see how today’s choices shape tomorrow’s Morgan Hill. More details coming soon.
