Activity Registration and Account Setup Instructions
Morgan Hill Parks and Recreation uses www.mhparksandrec.com for online registration. If you have not setup your user account since April of 2024, please see the steps below.
Creating your New Account
Visit www.mhparksandrec.com.
Current CRC Members: IMPORTANT - If you are a current, active member of the CRC, please do not create a new account. CRC member accounts were transferred by our team. You can use your primary membership email to access your account. Visit www.mhparksandrec.com and click the “log in” button. Select “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts to enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to create your new password.
Click on Login/Create Account
Please fill in the form as completely as possible. Please note that all of the fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, and your account cannot be created without completing these sections. Below are several important steps, please read the following before you start.
Parents First
When creating a new account, it is extremely important to enter the parent’s information first. The first person’s account created will be the default payer/head of household. This person must be an adult. The primary email address entered into the adult’s account will be your username moving forward.
Text and Email Opt-in
With this new system we will send information to you via email. T Email communications will be used to send information about courses and programs you’re enrolled in, transaction receipts, as well as membership updates and changes.
Username
Your username will always be your email address. You have the option of adding additional email addresses where you wish to receive important updates.
Password
Passwords need to be at least 8 characters in length and include at least 3 of the following: Capital Letter, Lower Case Letter, Number, Special Character. If you have forgotten your password, please select "forgot password" to reset your forgotten password.
Emergency Contact
You have the ability to add emergency contact information into your account profile. Be prepared to enter the Emergency Contact's First and Last name, relationship to the person, and phone number.
*Subject to change: future enhancements will require Emergency Contacts upon account creation.
Residents
Currently, for new and existing accounts, a Morgan Hill resident is anyone living in a residence with the zip code of 95037*. If paying online, the billing address for the credit card used must match the home address on the account. If you have questions about your residency or think there is a system error, please contact recreation@morganhill.ca.gov. Residency may be subject to verification.
*Subject to change: future enhancements will limit residency to City boundaries only.
