2. To cancel services, you must contact utility billing, in writing, at least one business day prior to the cancellation date requested. All requests to cancel service will shut water off on the morning requested. You may also request cancellation by using this form. Please complete the following information to cancel water/sewer service. Form must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. at least one business day in advance. Please be advised that all service orders take place Monday-Friday, in the morning on the provided date, and meters are locked. If your request falls on a holiday or weekend, closure will take place the next working business day.

    1. I understand that if I need to change this service request, I must contact the utility billing office directly at least one business day prior to service request.
    2. I understand that my final bill will be processed on the 15th of the month following the date I cancel my account.
    3. I understand that if I am on autopay, my final payment may process up to 60 days after cancellation.
