Below Market Rate (BMR) Homeownership Program
If you are interested in purchasing a Below Market Rate (BMR) home, please visit the City’s dedicated BMR website. There are more than 400 single-family ownership homes in the City's BMR program, and new units are added annually.
The City has a map and information (PDF) about upcoming Housing Developments.
The first step is to sign up for an upcoming BMR orientation and click on the "Events Calendar" in the menu bar for current sessions, where you will learn about eligibility, the application process, lotteries, restrictions, and requirements. Manufactured Home Purchase Program (County of Santa Clara)
The Manufactured Home Purchase Program is focused on extremely low to low-income individuals and families, including agricultural workers, who live or work in Santa Clara County and are looking to purchase a manufactured home as their primary residence.
The program offers eligible homebuyers up to $400,000 for mortgage assistance through deferred, zero interest County funded loan for the purchase a manufactured home in Santa Clara County with no down payment or monthly payments.
