2. In order to maximize pool space, it is the responsibility of all coaches to:

   1. Complete the Lane Exchange form whenever lanes are traded

   2. Communicate with all coaches involved to agree on a plan prior to submitting the Lane Exchange form

   3. Accommodate lane requests whenever possible, with consideration given to factors including type of use, number of swimmers per lane, age and ability, etc.

   4. In general, the lane occupancy ratio is 3 swimmers for every one lane. (e.g. 10 swimmers=4 lanes). Please take this into consideration when requesting or giving up lanes.
