    1. Watering on a "No Watering Day". Watering allowed on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays for ODD numbered addresses and properties with no address; Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays for EVEN numbered addresses. No watering on Wednesdays.

    3. Irrigation system running longer than 15 minutes per day per station
