City Council meetings will continue to be live-streamed on Channel 17, the City's website, and the City's Facebook page.  

Public comment may be provided in the following ways:

• Provide comments in person;
• Join the virtual City Council meeting via the link above; when public comment is opened, raise your virtual hand and be called upon to speak for up to 3 minutes;
• Join the virtual meeting by calling the number above, dial *9 to raise your hand, and be called upon to speak for up to 3 minutes;
• Send public comments in writing to City Clerk: ccpubliccomment@morganhill.ca.gov.

Morgan Hill Police Department (MHPD) Annual Military Equipment Report

Wednesday, May 3, During City Council Meeting

The MHPD will present its 2022 Annual Military Equipment Report to the City Council for its approval and continued use of military equipment by the Department. The Annual Report and associated policies are available on the Police Department webpage.

California Government Code Section 7072 requires law enforcement agencies to provide an annual report on the use of military equipment. On September 30, 2021, the Governor of the State of California approved Assembly Bill 481 that requires law enforcement agencies to obtain approval of the applicable governing body by adopting a military equipment use policy.
