Conditional Use Permit to allow for the on-site general sale of alcoholic beverages (Type 47 liquor license) at a restaurant within an existing 1,464-square-foot building.

Location

The project site is located at 17480 Depot Street which is on the east side of Depot Street, 225 feet south of East Main Street.

Planning Commission Public Hearing

The City of Morgan Hill Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on November 14, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter. The hearing will be held in person with the option to view virtually.
