Description

The overall Techcon Headquarters project site consists of approximately 3.35 acres located within the Sutter Industrial Park. The project proposes to construct approximately 55,000 sq. ft. of office, warehouse, manufacturing space, and shop area on two parcels.

Environmental Review and Documents

This project adopted a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.
