Project Description
This portion of the Techcon project is a request for a Design Permit to develop an approximately 7,705 square foot "barn" building to be used as office space and shop area. This building will be part of the overall Techcon headquarters project.

Project Description
The Techcon project Design Review Permit was approved via Approval Certificate No. 20-010 on July 9, 2022. The approval was for the construction of an approximately 55,000 sq. ft. of office, warehouse, and manufacturing space on two parcels. As part of this project, the City reconfigured the Monterey/Cochrane intersection and eliminated the right-hand turn-through lane from Cochrane to Monterey northbound.
