Christina Turner began her service as Morgan Hill's City Manager on October 1, 2017. She serves at the pleasure of the City Council and is responsible for implementing Council policy, providing leadership for the City's day-to-day operations, preparing and administering the bienniel budget, engaging the community, and fostering a highly collaborative work environment. As a full service city, Christina supports the City's Leadership Team and teammates in the Administrative Services, Development Services, Community Services, Fire, Police, and Engineering & Utilities Departments. In addition, the City Manager serves as the Director of Emergency Services and the Executive Director of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency (RDA).
As City Manager, Christina strives to work collaboratively with the City Council, City teammates, the community, and our partners to advance the Council's vision and ongoing priorities.
