One of the first steps in learning more about purchasing a Below Market Rate Home is to attend a free 1½ hour HouseKeys Home Buyer Orientation where you will learn about the application process, lotteries, restrictions and requirements. All applicants, co-applicants, married and domestic partnerships are required to attend before participating in a Lottery.
