Subdivision Map Amendment No. AAE2020-0001 to previously approved four lot subdivision SD2017-0002, to include the fourth lot as a buildable lot, and a Design Review Permit No. SR2018-0025 for the construction of four single-family homes on minimum one-acre sites, consistent with the approved RDCS Development Agreement and commitments.
