MINI ME/PARENT TOT FITNESS  
This program incorporates fun and dynamic physical activity for children 3-4 years old. We will be engaging in various games and activities that will keep their feet moving and their hearts thumpin’! We emphasize kid-friendly ways to make nutrition and exercise engaging and exciting. Please come prepared to participate with your child. Drop in class, max 20 kids.

YOUTH FITNESS   
  
Our Youth Fitness class emphasizes sports and sportsmanship in all forms, as well as healthy lifestyles. Kids will play a variety of games and sports, including basketball, indoor soccer, hockey, and baseball. The class aims to develop not only motor skills and sport fundamentals, but also self-efficacy and interpersonal skill, as well as nutrition fundamentals. This is the place for youth to start building a strong foundation for a healthy future. Drop in class, max 20 kids.

YOUTH STRENGTH TRAINING
  
The Youth Strength Training (YST) program is designed to orient youth members ages 8-15 to the Fitness Center in a small group setting. During this 3-phase course, youth will be trained on how to safely and appropriately use our cardio and strength training equipment, as well as learn proper Fitness Center etiquette and rules. All youth ages 8-11 years old must go through our YST program before utilizing the Fitness Center, and we highly encourage youth ages 12-15 to take the class as well.  A parent or guardian must accompany youth members ages 8-9 in the Fitness Center at all times. Please call the fitness desk at 408-310-4270 to set up an appointment.

LITTLE LIFTS 
Little lifts is an outdoor boot camp for youth ages 8 yrs to 15 yrs old. The class will be circuit training format with several stations set up. Participants will move from station to station during the timed intervals. Each class will be fun, new, engaging, and as always, safety is a top priority. The classes will consist of agility training, balance training, strength training, while teaching coordination and team work.

Resident: $136 / CRC Member: $96
Non-Resident: $152 / CRC Member: $112
Community Member: $20 drop in fee per session.

SPLASH 2 DASH YOUTH TRIATHLON: JUNE 11, 2016
This annual event for youth ages 5-13 years old is guaranteed to be a fun and confidence building race! This exciting race begins and ends at Sobrato High School. The race fee will include a t-shirt, goody bag, and a finishers medal for each participant. There are 4 separate age divisions and award categories to ensure everyone feels like a winner!

GET FIT OBSTACLE CHALLENGE: DATE TBA
Get your color on at the annual Morgan Hill Get Fit Obstacle Course Challenge! This color-filled challenge is designed for youth age 5-13 years old and will start and end at the Centennial Recreation Center. The course will utilize streets and the park surrounding the CRC. This is a family-friendly event! All participants will receive a race shirt, medal and a lot of color!
