Butterfield-Keenan General Plan Amendment Project (GPA-14-04)
The proposed project consists of 3 parcels on approximately 19.5 acres generally located southwest of the intersection of Butterfield Boulevard and Jarvis Drive (APNs 726-25-061, -078, and -079). The project would change the General Plan designation from Industrial to Multi-Family Medium (14-21 dwelling units per acres). Approval of the GPA would allow future development of the site with up to 409 residential units.
