The 3-story parking garage is located mid-block on Fourth Street with 271 parking spaces and 4,000 square feet of new retail/commercial space fronting Third Street.

A key features of the garage is the reinforced roof to accommodate events of up to 250 people at the top of the parking garage. The facade is aesthetically pleasing, contributing to the character of the downtown.
